This is painted in an 1880's High Victorian home. The owner wanted a morning courtyard scene of a Tuscan village. I brought elements from their own home into the mural by adding the family name on the sinage, emulating the stained glass from around the home, and recreating their front door. They wanted it to be bright and cheery.
