Cinema theater lobbymural for Premiere Cinema Corperation

Style: Commercial Building Murals

Commissioned by Premiere Cinema Corp. Builder of multi screen cinema theaters in south and southwest United States. I designed this mural to depict the movie patron's point of view. The boy in the center of the mural is sitting in a theater seat eating popcorn. He becomes spell bound by the movie and all of his thoughts and dreams about being in the movies himself . The mural aslo tells the story of cinema history from black and white silent movies with Charlie Chaplin to Star Wars . ET is at the far right end in the ticket booth. You have to inlarge this mural and take a close look. This is a montage mural. many images are placed side by side in a flowing story of the movies and this boy who is IN THE MOVIE.
