I am a British decorator, recently arrived in Washington with nearly 20 years of experience in residential and commercial interiors.
I paint murals and trompe l'oeil, bespoke stenciled and hand-painted ornament and children's rooms.
I believe that my strengths lie in producing work that sits well in its environment without overwhelming it, and that the end product is intelligent, tasteful, classic yet absolutely of its time.
I love painting children's rooms, particularly when they can give as much pleasure to adults and children alike. I like to tell a story in a room and make it amusing, I feel that these spaces should be stimulating and really pleasurable, to raise a chuckle is the ultimate compliment!
