I have always been artistic and creative. I studied business marketing and advertising in college and graduate school, then after kids decided to start up my company, A Mural for You, as a flexible means of juggling both family and work. It doesn't pay as well, however, I LOVE what I do, I'm PASSIONATE! And, my business is my creative outlet, my "sanity", my lifeline! Recently, I have moved into the commercial arena as well and am currently working on a very fun mural project...a "whole food" store for pets! This project has been fun and challenging as I am painting on a "slat" wall...didn't know what I was getting in to, but it's coming along nicely.

I attended James Madison University in Virginia and always dabbled in the arts. Thereafter, I received my Masters from The American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona. Though, art was not my MAJOR (I tried to be practical and major in something that would "pay off"). However, ALL my electives were art coursework. I was on the Desin and Publicity Committee and constantly used my artistic talents whenever it allowed. I also attended the Corcoran School of Art in Washington DC to receive art training coursework on weekends and I, today, continue to pursue art classes as necessary and as time permits. I also donate my murals to libararies, hospitals, my kids' school auctions, etc.
