Wade H.Williams was born in Durham,N.C. in 1950.He studied art while attending St. Augustine's College,Shaw University, and Meredith College in Raleigh, N.C. under a full scholarship in tennis.(Which he also taught for a number of years.
In 1972,after earning B.A.in Fine Art,Mr.Williams
attended the Art Student's League of N.Y.C. where he studied drawing, painting and anatomy from 1979 to 1989. Also under a full scholarship. During
this time, his work has appear in a number of exhibits. His last showing in N.Y. was at the Cork Gallery at Lincoln Center.
Mr.Williams lived in Belize C.A.on a small tropical island named Caye Caulker.A selection of his original paintings in oil and watercolor were exhibited at The Bliss Institute Art Gallery in Belize City.
Presently,he is working with the Mural Arts Program for the City of Philadelphia.
