A self-taught artist, I've always been creating but painting professionally for 17 years. I enjoy painting anything I view as a challenge to create. Painting wildlife and capturing the beauty of mother nature is always a favorite.
I paint,sculpt,carve and whatever else I can imagine to create in. My artwork has won praise from critics in prestegious gallery competitions. My artwork is always hanging in a gallery somewhere.
I teach mural arts and decorative finishing at the Design Center of the Americas. I'm certified in many artistic and old world applications.
I've traveled internationally creating murals for both private and corporate(Disney,Marriot,Days Inn...etc.) clients. I'm based out of South Florida ... love it here but also enjoy the chance to escape to a new venue.
My Education:
hhhmmmm, I say that I'm self-taught. But in all truthfullness I've been lucky in working with a few very talented artists early on in my career.
I'm currently a fellow with the Broward county Dept. of Cultural Affairs as a DWuane Hanson Public Artist.
